Work back of house and GM has a rule that he doesn't want you clocking in and on the line at the time you're scheduled, he wants you there early. I just started clocking in an hour early and working. It annoys him but he doesn't say a thing.

We had an Aaron at my old job. Mf'er would have three tables, two of which have cashed out already, and be in the weeds. He also broke two cell phones before even finishing training, and tried bumming money off me for cigs the FIRST day I met him. It was insane to watch, I wonder how that man ever made rent.
